Leyla Okhai

Leyla Okhai is an award-winning CEO and Director of Diverse Minds UK Ltd. A trained coach, mentor and mediator, Leyla’s coaching practice centres on how staff can navigate boundaries and reach their full potential whilst maintaining their wellbeing. She helps overwhelmed professionals tackle their work-life balance challenges so they can spend time how they want to, guilt and stress free! She has worked with numerous organisations including, Mother London, Science Museum Group, IMG Endeavor, WYG, The Conservatoire of Dance and Drama, University of Cambridge, University of London, Goldsmiths College and NHS Trusts. Prior to starting her business Leyla was the Head of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre at Imperial College London. She worked at the University of Oxford for six years and has her roots in Student Unions. She is a lay Council member at the University of Leeds
